Zhang Guilin, female, born in October 1955 in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, Han nationality; J.S.D, professor, doctoral advisor. She began to work in April 1973, and joint the communist party of China in July 1984. She graduated from and began to work in CUPL in 1986. She used to be the director of the department of politics and management, dean of the school of politics and management. Now Zhang Guilin is the standing member of the Communist Party Committee, vice president of CUPL, vice chairman of the association of Chinese politics, Vice chairman of the Beijing association of politics and administration, member of national politics teaching instructive committee. She is mainly in charge of Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Finance and School of Continuing Education.
