Professor Hu Ming, is a male of the Han nationality, born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province in April 1962. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in June 1985 and began work at the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in July 1985. He has been involved in the teaching of philosophy and in research. He has held the position of Director of the Philosophy Research Center, Executive Vice-president of the School of CCP and simultaneously the Vice-director of its Theoretical Department at CUPL, the General Secretary of CCP of the School of Political Science and Public Administration and concurrently holding the position of Vice-dean and Vice Director of its Theoretical Department. He was Head of the Organization Department while holding the position of Deputy-secretary of CCP branch of CUPL administrative offices and Vice President of the School of CCP at CUPL. He is currently a member and executive member of the CCP Committee of CUPL, Deputy –Secretary of CCP at CUPL and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of CUPL.
