One of the series forum about ‘The Law Of China’—— focus on the Application and Reflection of the Implementation of the Property Law

At 7:00 pm of November 7th, the forum “The Law of China” was held in the hall of CUPL at its Haidian campus. Focus on reflecting the implementation of the Property Law, the forum aimed at diffusing the spirit of law and promoting legal system construction. Professor Liu Jingwei from CUPL presided at the forum; Cao Shouye, judge of the Supreme People's Court, Liu Kaixiang from Peking University and Long Weiqiu from CUPL participated in it.
The forum mainly concentrated on three issues, namely the mode of property transfer, the Property rights system of the owners’ estates, and the issue of the convergence between the Property Law and other related laws. The three experts explicated the issues from different perspective.
