The 4th session of the forum of Government by Law dedicated to Professor Han Dayuan

On December 20, 2007, the forum of government by law was held a 4th session by the research center for government by law of CUPL. Professor Han Dayuan, chairman of the constitution seminar of China’s Law Association and dean of the law school of Renmin University, was invited to give a report titled “coal mine accident, governmental responsibility and the culture of human rights” in which Professor Li Shuzhong, dean of CUPL, served as the commentator and Mr. Lin Hongchao, a post doctoral scholar, presided.
