In the afternoon of March 18th, a lecture was jointly held by the Western Civilization Forum and the seventh round of Political & Administrative Forum at the auditorium of CUPL. Both of the two forums are sponsored by its School of Political Science and Public Administration. The famous history professor Qin Hui from Tsinghua University was invited to discourse on “Liberalism and Socialism: the Origin of Left and Right in Modern Civilization”.
