Abstract: Upon invitation, Professor Yang Jiejun, dean of the Law School of Najing University of Technology, made a speech titled “After the stage fright of the rule of law” on April 16, 2008 at the 6th round of the Forum of
  Government by Law. The forum was hosted by Dr. Wang Qingbin from the research center for government by law, and Professor Liu Shen and Wang Cheng from the Law School served as commentators.
